Fitness Class Descriptions:
  • SilverSneakers 1 - Designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and activity for daily living.
  • Classics - Total body muscle toning designed to improve strength, balance and flexibility.
  • Stroke & Arthritis - Group support and exercises for members suffering from stroke/arthritis.
  • Yoga - A series of poses with an emphasis on breathing , concentration, flexibility and toning.
  • Pliates - Classic core conditioning exercises specifically selected to tone abs, arms and legs.
  • Target - 30 minute total body workout with high intensity intervals using weights.
  • Cycle - A challenging and fun 45 minute workout featuring varied aerobic and anaerobic intervals.
  • Boot Camp - Utilizing a military style format, coupled with progressive, innovative, and creative exercise.
  • Muscle Works - Incorporates muscle training using tubing, Resist-a-balls, hand weights and medicine balls.
  • Step & Sculpt - Combination of step aerobics and muscle toning.
  • Circuit - Short and high intensity aerobic intervals targeting upper and lower body muscles.
  • Group Training - 30 minutes of group personal training session.
  • MMA Cardio - Intense, high energy mixed martial arts class.
  • Ab Lab - This is and ab blasting and low back strengthening workout. (30 minutes)
  • Butts & Guts - 30 minutes of glute work and core strengthening.
